As Global Markets Cool, Investors Find Warmth In Central Asia’s Infrastructure

Chinese goods-exports growth slowed to 5.4% year-over-year in November, down from 15.6% in October. S&P futures are now down 10% on the year and the Dow Jones is still 2,400 points below its October high.
